Do you have a passion for food? Love to cook delicious & healthy meals? This job is for you

Where: Surf Villa in Cascais, Portugal

Months: March – November 2023

Position: Part time job (8h/day – 3 days a week)

Schedule: 15h30 – 23h30

Main Tasks:

Organize, cook & manage 3 or 5 healthy meals a week using our kitchen facilities;
Prepare & cook breakfast food for the days ahead;
Make all the house shopping (breakfast & dinners food, housekeeping products & others.);
Register & update the dinners costs & profits;
Control food stock lists according to the volunteers inventory.

Basic qualifications:

Experience in a similar job for at least one season;
Bachelor’s degree in F&B, Hotel Management, Tourism or Hospitality is a plus but not necessary;
Fluency (both written and spoken) in English and preferably other languages (Portuguese, German or Spanish);

Profile:

Passion for cooking healthy food;
Accuracy and attention to the detail;
Multitasking and problem solving;
Pro-active & great organization skills;
Good team spirit;
Love for outdoor sports & surfing.
